Walk onto an assembly line in the Japanese zone at Neemrana in May and the problem is obvious within a minute: 45C-plus outside, the shop floor packed with people and machines, and air that just sits there over a 30,000-plus sq.ft bay. The OEM plants here, Daikin, Nissan-ancillary, Hero and their tier-one suppliers, run climate-sensitive assembly and electronics lines next to heavy machining, and each part of that floor has a different problem. The short answer: HVLS fans for floor-wide air movement over big shop floors, exhaust fans to physically remove machining heat, soldering fumes and glass-furnace heat, and industrial coolers to actually drop the temperature where people stand. The deciding factor is what is actually in your air. If the problem is hot, still air over a large open bay, a Japanese-zone assembly hall, an FMCG packing floor in Ghiloth, HVLS is the answer: one 7.3 m gearless fan moves a gentle 1 to 2 m/s breeze across up to about 20,000 sq.ft on under 1.7 kW. If the problem is something you need to get out of the building, soldering and flux fumes on an electronics line, oil mist and heat off CNC machines, radiant heat off a glass furnace, you need exhaust, sized in CFM to your shed. And because Neemrana's summer air is so dry, evaporative coolers work very well here for spot-cooling workstations and loading bays.

Verified installCase study: an auto-component machining shop in the Neemrana RIICO area beating 46C heat
Before — the problem
An auto-component supplier in the Neemrana RIICO industrial area called us in peak summer. They ran a 22,000 sq.ft shed with CNC and machining lines plus an assembly and packing area, and by afternoon the floor was sitting at 45 to 46C. They had 26 wall and pedestal fans going flat out, noisy, blowing dust and oil mist around, and barely moving the air where the operators stood. Two machinists had asked to shift to night work just to escape the heat.
What Aruth installed
We surveyed the shed, ran the airflow numbers, and laid out three 6.1 m gearless HVLS fans to wash the whole floor with a steady 1.5 to 2 m/s breeze at operator height, replacing all 26 old fans. Over the machining line we added a wall exhaust set to pull the localised heat and oil mist straight out, and because Neemrana's air is so dry, we placed two industrial evaporative coolers at the packing and QC stations where people stand for long stretches.
The result
The result: floor-level temperature dropped a felt 4 to 5C across the bay, with the coolers taking the packing area down further, and the dust and mist kicked up by the old fans settled. Total connected load for the three HVLS fans came in well under what the 26 fans had drawn. On their running hours the owner is looking at payback inside roughly two years on fan power alone. The fans are covered by our 2-year warranty and serviced by our own team.
