Before — the problem
A marble cutting and polishing unit in the Madri industrial area came to us with the classic Udaipur problem: a 22,000 sq.ft shed where the gang saws and polishing lines kept the air thick with fine silica dust, and where Rajasthan's summer pushed the closed floor well past 45 C by midday. Their old wall fans just moved the dust-laden, hot air around at head height, which made things worse for the workers, not better.
What Aruth installed
We did a free on-site survey, measured a roof height of about 8 m, and mapped where the dust was collecting over the cutting and polishing lines. Our recommendation was a combination: high-capacity industrial wall exhaust fans (sized around 40,000 CFM total) positioned to physically pull the dust-laden air out of the shed, paired with dust extraction at the lines, plus three 7.3 m HVLS fans over the open floor to keep a steady breeze across the polishing area.
The result
After installation the air over the lines was visibly clearer, the floor ran noticeably cooler, and because the HVLS fans use IE5 gearless PMSM motors the unit replaced roughly 18 wall and pedestal fans with far lower running cost.
