Verified installCase study: a Mehsana dairy and food unit clearing humid heat off its packing hall
Before — the problem
A dairy and food-processing unit on the Mehsana GIDC belt called us in peak summer. Across a roughly 16,000 sq.ft hall covering processing, filling and packing, the combination of 43°C outdoor heat and warm, humid steam off the boiling and pasteurising line was pushing the floor to a sticky 45 to 46°C, fogging the area and making packing-hall staff slow and uncomfortable. They had about 18 wall and pedestal fans running flat out, which only pushed the warm, wet air around without removing it.
What Aruth installed
We surveyed the hall, ran the airflow numbers and split the job by problem. Over the wet processing line we fitted FRP corrosion-proof exhaust fans to physically evacuate the humid steam before it could settle and condense, protecting both hygiene and the building. Over the open filling and packing floor we put in three 6.1 m gearless IE5 HVLS fans to wash the whole area with a steady 1.5 to 2 m/s breeze at head height, replacing all 18 conventional fans.
The result
The result: the packing hall lost the fog and felt 4 to 5°C cooler at floor level, condensation on surfaces dropped sharply, and the connected load for the three HVLS fans came in well under what the 18 old fans had been drawing. On their running hours the owner is looking at payback inside roughly two years on fan power alone, before counting the hygiene and comfort gains.
