Verified installCase study: cooling a MIHAN logistics warehouse in Nagpur
Before — the problem
A third-party logistics operator running a large distribution warehouse in MIHAN-SEZ came to us with a clear May problem: inside temperatures were touching 47C under the metal roof, and order pickers were taking longer breaks and making more errors by afternoon. The shed ran roughly 90,000 sq.ft under one roof with no practical way to air-condition that volume.
What Aruth installed
We ran a free on-site survey, measured roof height at about 9 metres and mapped the racking layout. Our recommendation was five 7.3 m HVLS fans, since each covers up to about 20,000 sq.ft, positioned to keep the main pick aisles and dispatch bays in moving air. We added wall exhaust at the hot end of the building to push out trapped roof heat.
The result
After installation the operator reported the floor felt 5 to 6C cooler in the working zone and the constant breeze made the real heat far more bearable for staff. Because the IE5 PMSM fans draw so little power, the running cost was a fraction of what spot coolers or any AC attempt would have cost, and the whole system sits under our 2-year warranty.
